Services and payment

Standard fixed-price packages may be purchased through their matching Stripe links when purchasing is available. Custom projects require a confirmed scope and quote. Payment is independently verified before work begins. A receipt reference or request submission is not itself payment verification.

The purchased package’s agreed scope defines the deliverables. Related service descriptions and portfolio demonstrations do not add unlisted deliverables. Provide accurate instructions and materials you have permission to use. Submit basic purchase details through Project details or Career-document details; secure material transfer is arranged separately. Before sending confidential documents or private project materials, wait for Write & Done to arrange an appropriate secure transfer method with you. Do not send those materials as ordinary email attachments or through the basic request form.

Standard-package timing and revisions

The 33 standard fixed-price packages have an estimated turnaround of 3–5 business days after complete information and scope confirmation. One customer-requested revision within the original agreed scope may be requested within seven days of delivery. A new assignment or major scope change is not included. Custom projects follow their agreed estimate; delivery dates are not guaranteed unless individually agreed.

Refunds and cancellation

If you cancel before work begins, you receive a full refund. After work begins, refund eligibility and amount depend on completed work, circumstances and applicable law. There is no automatic fixed refund percentage. Specific billboard terms and the current unavailability of gift certificates are described below. Nothing here waives statutory rights.

Advertising submission and acceptance

Submit accurate business details and material you are authorized to use. You must have permission for supplied logos, photographs, footage, names, likenesses, voices and other third-party material. Applications are reviewed before publication; payment or submission does not automatically approve an advertisement.

Write & Done may decline unlawful, deceptive, infringing or otherwise unsuitable work. Business claims must be accurate and supportable. We do not guarantee approval by other advertising platforms or any views, clicks, leads, sales or revenue.

Paid Advertising Lounge video billboard

The price is $25 USD for 90 days, beginning when the approved video is first published on the Write & Done website. The customer supplies one finished video, maximum ten seconds. Video creation is not included. This is website advertising, not placement on a physical roadside billboard.

Placement is subject to content approval. If the advertisement is declined before publication, the payment is refunded in full. After submitting basic purchase details, secure video transfer is arranged separately. Payment is verified before review and publication. No traffic or sales results are guaranteed.

Rotation and visibility. Approved videos participate in the Advertising Lounge’s rotating display. Write & Done does not guarantee a specific number of views, impressions, clicks, or continuous on-screen visibility.

Service interruptions. If a material interruption attributable to Write & Done prevents your video from being displayed, we will extend the 90-day publication period by the verified duration of the interruption.

Early removal and cancellation. You may request early removal of your video. Voluntary cancellation after publication ordinarily does not qualify for a prorated refund, except where required by applicable law or where a qualifying Write & Done service failure warrants a refund or other remedy.

Free static business listings

Basic static business listings use an image and are completely free. No reciprocal link, purchase or subscription is required. Listings must represent legitimate businesses. Names, descriptions, websites and submitted images are reviewed before publication and must comply with applicable laws and published guidelines.

Placement and rotation depend on available space. Listings may be removed for violations, inaccurate information or discontinued businesses. There is no automatic 30-day or 90-day expiration and no permanent-placement guarantee. The paid video’s 90-day term does not apply to free listings.

Commercial-video production

Each order includes production of one finished MP4. Estimated production is under 14 days after materials and instructions are confirmed. Website advertising placement, advertising spend and social-media promotion are separate and are not included.

No customer-requested revisions are included. Changes in preferences, creative direction, wording, music, graphics or customer-supplied information are not included. Write & Done corrects its own production mistakes relative to agreed instructions, specifications or correctly supplied materials at no additional charge.

Materials must be accurate, usable and authorized. Any third-party music or media must be licensed for the intended use. These packages do not promise ownership of third-party rights, unlimited AI generations, premium assets or editable source project files.

Gift certificates — Coming Soon

Gift certificates are not available for purchase or redemption. The planned denominations are $25, $50, $75 and $100 USD. Purchase controls remain disabled. Final purchase, delivery and redemption terms will be provided before gift certificates become available.
