Information we use

We use your name, email, project instructions, purchase references and communications to review requests, provide agreed services, communicate with you, prevent abuse and maintain necessary business records. Initial inquiry forms do not accept file attachments. Please do not include sensitive documents, payment-card details or confidential account information.

When files are needed, we arrange an appropriate transfer method separately. Advertising applications include business details intended for review; only approved public business information is published. Administrative contact information is not published without permission. Before sending confidential documents or private project materials, wait for Write & Done to arrange an appropriate secure transfer method with you. Do not send those materials as ordinary email attachments or through the basic request form.

When gift certificates become available, their operation will also use purchaser and recipient details, payment references, protected gift-code records, balances and transaction history. Gift sales and live balance lookup are not currently enabled.

Confidentiality and AI assistance

Customer materials are treated as confidential and used for agreed services and necessary operations. Access is restricted appropriately. Customer work or identifying information is not published without permission. We do not promise absolute security or automatic nondisclosure agreements.

AI tools may assist with writing, editing, organization and research. A human reviews deliverables before delivery. Sensitive information must not be submitted to third-party AI services without appropriate authorization and safeguards.

Service providers and payments

The website uses Cloudflare for hosting, security and request storage, Stripe for hosted payment processing, and Resend for transactional email. Business email uses Porkbun, and business notifications and correspondence may also be received and handled in a Google Gmail inbox controlled by Write & Done. These providers process information needed for their respective functions. Payment-card information is entered in Stripe Checkout, not in our project-request form.

Email delivery can involve the recipient’s provider. A provider accepting an email is not a guarantee of inbox delivery. Any additional file-transfer or AI provider used for a project must be appropriate for the material and agreed safeguards.

Cookies and security information

This website does not use Google Analytics or optional analytics cookies. Essential hosting, fraud prevention, authentication and payment tools may process network or device information and use necessary storage. Cloudflare Turnstile protects enabled forms against abuse; private administration requires authentication.

Retention

Our target is to retain project materials for 90 days after project completion, subject to legal, operational and dispute-related exceptions. For unconverted inquiries, the target is 90 days after closure or the last substantive interaction.

Necessary transaction, tax, accounting and gift-balance records are separate from project files. Email, backups and provider copies may have separate retention requirements. These targets are not a promise that every copy will be erased on an exact date.

Your questions and requests

Contact support@writeanddone.com about privacy, access, corrections or deletion. Do not include sensitive files or a full gift code in ordinary email. Identity may need to be verified before information is disclosed or changed. Requests remain subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.
