Clear from the start

Each commercial is produced according to the agreed instructions and materials provided before production begins.
Changes in preferences, creative direction, scripts, music, graphics, or customer-supplied information after production begins are not included.
If Write & Done makes an error or delivers something inconsistent with the agreed order, we will correct our mistake at no additional charge.

Provide accurate information and material you have the right to use.
Keep your originals. Share only material relevant to the project and for which you have permission.
We may decline unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise unsuitable work.
You receive one finished MP4. Estimated production is under 14 days after instructions and required materials are confirmed. After purchase, provide basic project details and your receipt reference through our post-purchase form, selecting the package you purchased. Do not email confidential files; we arrange suitable secure material transfer separately. Payment is independently verified before production begins.
Music, voiceover and other media options are still being finalized. Any included media and permitted uses will need to be confirmed for the agreed project; unrestricted third-party rights are not promised.
No. Commercial creation does not automatically include paid placement, advertising spend, social-media promotion or placement in the Write & Done Advertising Lounge. The separate $25 video billboard displays a customer-supplied video of up to ten seconds for 90 days after first publication, subject to content approval. Video creation is not included.
No. Views, clicks, leads, sales and other marketing results are not guaranteed. Approval by advertising or social-media platforms is not guaranteed.
